The electrical parts cannot be returned once installed, unless it is defective by manufacturer. We do test all the boards upon receipt, and if the board is not found defective, and 99% of the returns started "defective" has this case, are subject to 50% deduction or deny of any credit. 

The return policy serves if the part is defective, or if you returned the board per agreement, The sealed bag must be UNOPENED.  

We do not accept buyers purchasing a board, and install and make magic fix a mechanical problem that has nothing to do with the board in the first place.
